In this 7 week series we meet online via ZOOM for an in depth practice of Chakra Yoga. Each 60 minute session we explore a different chakra from the Roots to the Crown. The session includes: yoga practice, mantra, mudra( yoga hand gesture), creative visualization and chakra clearing techniques. Optional Chakra Clearing Illumination Session available at discount . What are the chakras?
The chakras are spinning vortexes of energy that align the spine. They are part of the subtle body system. There are SEVEN main chakras although some yogis andvisionaries have seen hundreds or more. Each chakra carries its own unique vibration. When we are working with the chakras, we are working with bringing balance in to our lives on both a physical and metaphysical plane. We are bringing consciousness to all aspects of our lives, from our roots to our crown. Each of the chakras corresponds to a gland in the body, as well as particular parts of the body and organs of the body. When our chakras are in balance, we feel in flow with life, thriving to our utmost potential. Each of us will have different imbalances and strengths in different chakras. This is about finding another tool to help us along our path to SELF.
