Virtual Yoga Therapy is perfect for you if time or travel is limited. In the comfort of your own home you can receive the help you need to feel better in body, mind and spirit. I have been offering private yoga therapy for almost 25 years. My clients have successfully recovered or had major relief from severe back injury, breast cancer, endometriosis, depression, acute injury, chronic pain , MS, amputation, anxiety and chronic illness. Our sessions are innovative, inspiring, hopeful and fun. I love the work I do and it would be my privilege to serve you.
What to expect in a private yoga therapy session with Marsha:
Initial consultation In this session I learn about your history. I ask questions about body , mind and emotions. These include questions about lifestyle, habits, beliefs, body sensations and health. I do an overall assessment of your alignment, your movement patterns, and your energy makeup, as well as any complaints, pains or goals you may have. I develop a plan based on your needs , goals and physical abilities to be done at home and during our sessions for best results.

Subsequent sessions involve an individualized yoga/movement combination of meditation, creative visualization, organic movements, breathing, warm ups, yoga poses , guided imagery, relaxation, and energy balancing techniques that you will practice with me and at home . Each session grows from the session before.
Home practice is critical to shifting core patterns and beliefs. As our sessions evolve, your home practice evolves. You , as my client, are an active participant in your process.
